A quick and easy no-bake pie featuring a buttery golden Oreo crust and a creamy, tangy filling with fresh strawberries and lemon. Perfect for summer and last-minute guests.

  • 24 Golden Oreo cookies (about 1 ½ cups, crushed)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional garnish: extra strawberry slices or whole berries, whipped cream, thin lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag and rolling pin.
  2. Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl and stir in 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter until the mixture looks like wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to press firmly for a compact crust.
  4. Chill the crust in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer or whisk.
  6. Slowly add the entire 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully combined and silky.
  7. Stir in ½ cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. The mixture will thicken slightly.
  8. Gently fold in 1 ½ cups sliced fresh strawberries, being careful not to break them up too much.
  9. Pour the filling over the chilled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  10. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  11. Just before serving, decorate with extra strawberry slices, dollops of whipped cream, or thin lemon slices if desired.

Notes

Soften cream cheese to avoid lumps. Add lemon juice slowly to prevent curdling. Press crust firmly to avoid crumbling. Chill pie at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture. Can freeze for longer storage; thaw overnight before serving.
