creamy white Christmas martini - featured image

A creamy white martini with a zingy citrus kick, combining vanilla vodka, triple sec, heavy cream, and fresh clementine zest for a festive and smooth holiday cocktail.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz (60 ml) vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) triple sec
  • 1 oz (30 ml) heavy cream
  • Zest of 1 fresh clementine or small orange
  • 1 wedge fresh clementine or orange (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Zest about half a teaspoon of clementine or orange peel, avoiding the white pith.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, triple sec, heavy cream, citrus zest, and simple syrup if using.
  4. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Seal and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until cold and frothy.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass, leaving the ice behind.
  7. Garnish with a wedge or thin slice of clementine or orange on the rim or floating on top.

Notes

Use fresh citrus zest for best flavor. Chill the glass before serving to keep the drink cold longer. Shake for 15-20 seconds to achieve a frothy texture. For dairy-free, substitute heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk or creamy oat milk. Adjust cream quantity if the drink tastes too heavy. Simple syrup is optional depending on sweetness preference.
