  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice or 1/4 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and pat them dry. Trim the ends and cut each sprout in half.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the cheesy mixture.
  5. Spread the sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut-side down.
