Decadent Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Dip

A quick and easy 5-minute dessert dip that combines the creamy tang of cheesecake with the warm, sweet flavors of cinnamon rolls. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a cozy treat.

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp (28 g) butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for swirl, optional pinch of nutmeg)
  • 23 tbsp (3045 ml) milk (whole milk or milk alternative)
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave for 15 seconds carefully.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon briefly to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with cinnamon (and optional nutmeg). Gently fold this mixture into the cream cheese blend to create visible cinnamon swirls without fully blending.
  5. If the dip is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing gently until desired creaminess is reached.
  6. Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld and the dip set.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature with graham crackers, apple slices, cinnamon sugar pita chips, or other dippers.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Do not overmix the cinnamon swirl to keep visible streaks. Can be adapted for dairy-free by using vegan cream cheese and coconut oil instead of butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Does not freeze well.
