Instructions
- Rinse 20 medium-sized strawberries under cold water and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Leave the green leaves on.
- Carefully poke a wooden skewer or lollipop stick into the base of each strawberry, ensuring it is secure but not pushed through the top.
- Place 12 ounces of white chocolate chips or chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut or vegetable oil and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth and glossy.
- Hold each strawberry by the skewer and dip it into the melted white chocolate, swirling to coat evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing onto parchment paper.
- Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the chocolate before it sets or drizzle contrasting dark chocolate over the white chocolate. You can also add edible glitter or crushed nuts.
