These easy creamy ham pickle wraps combine tangy pickles, rich cream cheese spread, and tender ham in soft flour tortillas for a quick, crowd-pleasing snack perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium flour tortillas (soft and pliable)
  • 810 thin slices deli ham (smoked or honey ham optional)
  • 8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 34 medium dill pickles, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in finely chopped dill pickles (about ½ cup), thinly sliced green onions, a pinch of black pepper, and optional garlic powder or smoked paprika. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the creamy ham pickle mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.
  4. Place 2-3 thin slices of deli ham over the spread on each tortilla, covering the surface evenly but not too thick.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly but gently from one edge, tucking in the sides to form a neat wrap. This takes about 30 seconds per wrap.
  6. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and set.
  7. Remove wraps from the fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces using a sharp serrated knife. Arrange on a serving platter and serve.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Drain pickle juice well to avoid soggy wraps. Chill wraps for at least 30 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts. Warm tortillas slightly if too stiff. Can substitute gluten-free wraps or lettuce leaves for gluten-free option. Dairy-free alternatives can be used for cream cheese and mayo.
