A vibrant holiday cocktail combining tart cranberry juice, sweet apple cider, warm cinnamon, and bubbly champagne for a festive celebration in a glass.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Champagne or sparkling wine (Prosecco works too)
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) apple cider per serving
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) cranberry juice per serving
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Orange slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Dampen the rims of champagne flutes using a slice of orange or water, then dip them into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Combine 1/3 cup (80 ml) of apple cider and 1/3 cup (80 ml) of cranberry juice per serving in a measuring cup and stir gently.
  4. Pour the apple cranberry mixture into the prepared champagne flutes, filling them halfway.
  5. Top off the glasses with chilled champagne or sparkling wine, pouring slowly to preserve bubbles.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices, or a cinnamon stick for extra flair.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
