A simple and refreshing 5-ingredient frozen yogurt snack combining fresh peaches, raspberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Perfect for a quick, cool summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the peaches into small chunks. Pat dry if very juicy. Rinse and drain raspberries.
  2. Optional: Blend peaches and raspberries in a food processor or blender until desired consistency is reached, or mash with a fork for a chunkier texture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and honey is fully incorporated.
  4. Fold the blended or mashed fruit into the yogurt mixture gently, keeping some texture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or mini cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture about 1 inch in diameter and spaced evenly on the sheet.
  6. Freeze the tray for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until bites are completely firm.
  7. Transfer frozen bites to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag for storage.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best sweetness and juiciness. Drain excess moisture to avoid icy texture. Thick Greek yogurt holds shape well when frozen. Freeze bites spaced apart to prevent sticking. Let bites sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before serving to easily remove from parchment. For dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt and honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
