Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

  3. Stir in the paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper for seasoning. Let the spices coat the meat evenly.
