  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, or melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the crushed Oreos to the bowl and stir until fully incorporated. The mixture should be thick but easy to shape.
  4. Using clean hands or a cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
  5. Optional: Roll the protein balls in additional crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, or drizzle melted chocolate over the top for extra flair.
  6. Chill the protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
