Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the pumpkin puree until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
