Layers of creamy chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and gooey marshmallows come together in this no-bake dessert that’s perfect for family nights and easy to make.

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham crackers, broken into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, caramel drizzle, or white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Break the graham crackers into bite-sized pieces using your hands or a knife.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer.
  5. Sprinkle the graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate. Press them lightly to ensure they stick.
  6. Optional: Drizzle caramel or white chocolate over the top and add sprinkles or crushed nuts for extra texture and flavor.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  8. Once the bark is fully chilled and hardened, use your hands or a knife to break it into irregular pieces.
