  • 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up the mixture slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings. In separate bowls, place crumbled bacon, chopped chives, parsley, and pecans.
  4. Once the cheese mixture is chilled, use a small cookie scoop or a teaspoon to portion out small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Roll each ball in your hands to smooth it out, then roll it in the topping mixture. You can mix and match toppings for variety!
  6. Place the finished cheeseballs on a platter or tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving to set the toppings.
