Golden, cheesy, and bursting with gooey pepperoni goodness, these Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a quick and easy homemade snack or dinner that comes together in just 30 minutes. Each bite is a mini pizza party—perfect for game day, after-school snacks, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits, about 16 oz)
  • 24 slices pepperoni (regular or turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Pinch of dried oregano (optional)
  • Extra pizza sauce or marinara for dipping (optional)
  • Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each dough round. Top with 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 teaspoon pizza sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning if using.
  4. Pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter with parmesan and a pinch of dried oregano in a small bowl. Brush each bomb generously with the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. For extra crispiness, bake an additional 2–3 minutes if desired.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.

Notes

Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese leaks. Use cold dough for easier shaping. Don’t overfill to avoid messy bombs. For extra crunch, sprinkle coarse salt before baking. These can be made vegetarian or gluten-free with simple swaps. Air fryer option: cook at 360°F for 8–10 minutes.
