  • Mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini) or cubed cheddar
  • Crumbled goat cheese or feta
  • Seedless grapes or cherry tomatoes
  • Olives (black or green, pitted)
  • Pickled vegetables like pepperoncini or cornichons
  • Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • Dried fruits such as apricots or cranberries
  • Honey or fig jam for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Slice meats thinly about 1/8 inch thick. Cube or ball cheeses into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and dry grapes and cherry tomatoes. Drain olives and pickled vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Assemble the cones: Start by layering a few slices of folded meat in the cone for height and texture.
  3. Add a mix of cheese cubes and fresh fruit for balance.
  4. Nestle in olives, pickled veggies, and sprinkle nuts or dried fruit for extra dimension.
  5. Drizzle a small amount of honey or fig jam over the top if desired and garnish with fresh herbs.
  6. Repeat for each cone, varying the arrangement for uniqueness.
  7. Arrange cones upright in a serving tray or cone holder and keep refrigerated until serving.

Notes
