A quick and easy summer snack featuring frozen seedless grapes dusted with tangy, mildly spicy Tajin seasoning for a refreshing and flavorful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, washed and dried (red or green)
  • 1 tablespoon Tajin seasoning
  • 6-inch wooden or metal skewers
  • Optional: fresh lime zest or a squeeze of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry about 2 cups (around 300 grams) of seedless grapes thoroughly to remove moisture.
  2. Thread 6 to 8 grapes onto each skewer, leaving space between grapes for air circulation. Prepare about 6 skewers.
  3. Place the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours until grapes are completely firm.
  4. Remove the frozen skewers and lightly sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of Tajin seasoning evenly over the grapes.
  5. Optionally, grate fresh lime zest over the skewers for extra zing.
  6. Serve immediately for best crispness or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.

Notes

Ensure grapes are completely dry before freezing to avoid ice crystals. Freeze grapes first, then season with Tajin to prevent clumping. Serve cold and consume within 10 minutes after removing from freezer for best texture. Store leftover skewers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
