  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice until you have 3/4 cup (180ml). Strain out seeds.
  3. In a high-powered blender, combine strawberries, tequila blanco, triple sec, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes.
  4. Pulse the blender a few times, then blend on high for about 45 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and slushy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more simple syrup or lime juice as needed.
  6. Optional: Rub lime wedge around the rim of glasses and dip into salt.
  7. Pour the margarita into prepared glasses and garnish with strawberry slices and lime wedges.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for icier texture without watering down the drink. Adjust simple syrup and lime juice to balance sweetness and tartness. Blend thoroughly for smooth slush. Store leftovers in airtight container in freezer up to 24 hours; re-blend before serving.
