  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 110g / 4 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or green onions (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch / 25cm)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly mixed and creamy. Add chopped chives if desired.
  2. Place flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Warm slightly in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if stiff.
  3. Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Spread filling evenly, leaving about a ½-inch border along edges.
  4. Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Optionally wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Remove rolls from fridge if chilled. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
